Started from problems we kept seeing in real businesses.
We are an IT company specializing in ERP systems, industrial software, AI solutions, and RPA automation. With research and development centers in both Thailand and China, we combine deep engineering expertise with cross-border innovation to help businesses operate smarter and scale faster.
Our ERP products — Flows for sales and leasing, and Vet Manbi for veterinary clinics — are built around how specific industries actually run. Our industrial cutting software, AI knowledge base and OCR tools, and RPA automation bots each solve a concrete operational problem. A Bangkok Machinery Company
Industrial Equipment — Sales & LeasingChallenge
A Bangkok-based dealer and lessor of heavy industrial machinery was managing over 1,500 active contracts — sales installments, operating leases, and service agreements — adding around 300 new contracts a year and processing roughly 2,000 cheques every month, all across five branches using Excel files synchronized manually between locations. Month-end reconciliation took a full week and billing errors were frequent.
Outcome
Flows ERP consolidated every contract, billing cycle, and customer credit record into one system. It now calculates penalty interest on overdue payments automatically — and keeps a full history of past penalty amounts and collections records for each contract. Month-end close dropped from one week to two days, billing errors were eliminated, and the sales team can check a customer's full contract and payment history in real time from any branch.

The production team was planning sheet-metal cuts manually — an experienced operator estimating layouts on paper, which left 12–18% of material unused per sheet.
Outcome
Our cutting optimization software reduced average material waste to under 5% within two months of deployment. The system now generates cut plans automatically from production orders, and the time spent on manual layout planning dropped from 2 hours per shift to under 15 minutes.

Animal HealthcareChallenge
A three-location veterinary practice was running each clinic on a separate spreadsheet-based system. Patient records, appointment history, and billing had to be manually synchronized, causing duplicate records and billing errors.
Outcome
Vet Manbi gave all three locations a single, shared patient database with appointment scheduling, prescription records, and invoicing. The practice eliminated double data entry, and patient wait times at the front desk dropped by 40% because records were already on-screen before the patient arrived.
