Does our data get sent to a public AI service?

That's your choice. Depending on your needs, we can run on cloud models — OpenAI's ChatGPT, Anthropic's Claude, Google's Gemini, and others — or deploy a private AI server on your premises running open-source models like DeepSeek, so nothing ever leaves your network.

How accurate are the answers?

Every answer is grounded in your documents and returned with an exact citation to the source file. If the answer isn't in your documents, the system says so rather than guessing.

What file types are supported?

PDFs, Word documents, scanned images, and spreadsheets for the Knowledge Base. AI OCR handles invoices, receipts, bank cheques, IDs, forms, and contracts.

Which languages work?

Any language — both for asking questions and for the documents themselves, including mixed-language libraries.
