Can you migrate our data from Excel or our old system?
Yes. Data migration is a standard part of every project. We import your existing records with integrity checks and run a parallel period so you can verify everything before switching over.
How long does implementation take?
A typical Flows or Vet Manbi rollout takes 6–12 weeks depending on the number of branches, data volume, and customization. We scope this precisely after the workflow-mapping phase.
Do you limit features or the number of users?
No — everything is open. Every module and an unlimited number of users are included; we don't gate functionality behind tiers or charge per seat.
What languages does the system support?
Thai, English, and Chinese out of the box, with more on request. The system can also translate what your Thai staff enter — collections notes, contract details, customer records — into English for managers who don't read Thai, so one team works in their own language while another reads it in theirs.
Is it hosted in the cloud or on-premise?
Both options are available. Many clients use private cloud; those with sensitive financial or compliance needs choose on-premise deployment.
